Are you are interested in “nurturing intelligence” in children? SIP Academy™ USA LLC is looking for a Course Instructor (CI)/Trainer for its new Sandy location. The selected candidate will instruct and train 7-12 year old children through our proprietary abacus-based learning program. We will provide extensive training to the selected candidate and no prior experience with teaching or abacus based training is required.

The position is ideal for someone interested in starting part-time with the goal of eventually transitioning to a full time position. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a warm, friendly personality and possess great passion for teaching young children. The position may require some travel to other states for training franchisees, course instructors and regional partners in other states. The CI/Trainer will be compensated for each such trip in addition to the base salary. Bonuses will also be given to the CI/Trainer based on the number of students taught as we strongly believe that our CIs are vital to the growth and success of our business and should share in the rewards. The CI/Trainer will also be expected to be interact with parents directly.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, but a four-year college degree is highly desirable. A criminal background check and reference checks will need to be carried out before a formal offer is made.
